Most have a soft plastic/nylon tip and work fine and don't scratch the watch.
Or check your photocopiers at work, some have a stylus near the touchpad but nobody ever uses them.
Don't ask me how I know this 😉.

·I use wood (bamboo?) satay sticks with my speedymoon which I found stronger and easier to handle than toothpicks. Should work with the Mark II.

·I had this when I had to fix a laptop. Works well and won't scratch but definitely not portable and as cool.
