My hunt for a piepan

    I have been in the hunt for a nice condition piepan for a while now. Maybe I should try to end the hunt with one of this? Will appreciate your thoughts on these 2.

    Looks like a nice example. Dial looks to be original but of caz need your opinion on this. CHRONOMETER and not CHRONOMETRE but i guess it is good.

    Spots on the dial. What do you all think.

    Wait a sec - didn't we discuss this watch a while back? Did it get relisted?

    That's a few hundred too high for the condition. The lugs are dulled from polishing and the dial isn't as nice as most of us would like for that kind of money. I could see it at $800 - $900 tops.

    I think you are right. He ended the listing early first time round.
