I updated the firmware in my P&S camera and wanted to take some test pics

Although I have the dslr, macro lens and remotes, and tripod etc..I never get a good picture like those..

Very interesting dial and hour markers. Love the contrast from snow white to light green to the blue/off grey of the hour markers. Would've been interesting if they had added a bit more detail to the bezel though. Although it works like this too! Great watch and great picture!

Really nice pictures, thank you for sharing! That is a great dial on the 'cocktail time', I just think that the Seiko Presage's are so much bang for the buck!

I know it has been over a year since those shots were taken, but I have to say:

DANG! I can clearly see the reflection of the word "Japan" in the rehaut on the first shot.

Amazing clarity.

And from a point-and-shoot?

Half the pictures we see up here seem to have that level of clarity on everything but the watch. I mean, I've seen some super sharp fingerprints (you know, actually on people's fingers while they're holding a watch) before, but that's always purely accidental.

Nice job! Even if it is a year-and-a-quarter later.
