Finally found a Universal Geneve Tri-compax in great original condition except for the bracelet. I got it from the 1st owner who changed his mind and his price 3 times before we closed the deal. My only concern with the watch is that the pusher at 4 o'clock sits lower than the pusher at 2 o'clock. Any idea what the problem is? Thanks.

The pusher at 2 is the problem. I'm no watchmaker, but I suspect this can be adjusted at service.
You WERE planning to service your grail, weren't you?
I love these later round-pusher, steel screw-back cased, dauphine hand TC's the most of all. Congrats on your acquisition!

Many thanks for your reply. Its with my watch specialist already for a thorough cleaning and movement overhaul. I will check with him if it can still be adjusted.

Usually it can be as easy as screwing down the screw that hold the pusher cap, but it can be as difficult as replacing a worn screw, or as impossible to fix as the screw is stuck to the cap due to rust and when you try to unscrew it, it breaks.

Typically, scenario 1 is fits most of the cases. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice. Hopefully it can just be adjusted.
