So I graduated from law school today and had a decision to make: Which watch should i wear? I have only been collecting watches for about 7 months now, but have acquired a few pieces that my pre-lawyer funds could allow. I decided to go with a piece I acquired on this very forum, my hooded lug Seamaster. Here she is at Radio City Music Hall.

Its strange when you consider the original owner of the watch you'll be wearing probably had his graduation some time during the great depression. They have an remarkable ability to join vast lengths of time.

No tag backs! And I did wonder how many times this watch was at Radio City, how many graduations it attended. It is humbling to realize that a properly cared for timepiece will witness more history than any single person who possesses it.
