I have recently picked up an 18K Omega 611, had it checked out and the watch maker said it's all original on the inside but we noticed that the crown was not an original, and neither was the strap and tang buckle.
I have found a replacement genuine Omega brown leather strap with tang buckle.
I looked around the net and found a website that sells Genuine Omega crown and stems.
Firstly, do I need to get a new stem with the new crown?
And secondly, if I do need another stem, which one?
I am confused as to which stem I should get to go with the new crown.
    There was 3 choices:
    Omega regular stem for 611
Omega male stem for 611, length 10.6mm
Omega male stem for 611, length 10.3mm

The case number is 132026 and the movement number is 24059312.
Perhaps someone could tell me a bit more about this watch.

All input would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Talmor

Serial number dates this to ca 1966/67.

This case uses a regular stem, which you should order along with the crown, just in case the one on the watch is to short to use with the correct new Omega crown.

The other two stems are for one piece cases where the movement comes out through the front.
