The watch is small - guess the 18K gold weight is as high as it can get, right? I like these manual vintage watches in the 1960's era. The one I bought a few weeks ago ( also 1964 - not solid gold but I ended paying more at the auction), is just great. It is extremely accurate. Amazing for an old watch.
Respectable Member Mary255 Congratulations. You have picked up a beautiful watch and how I wish, there are more ladies who think and behave like you. It saddens me to see, quite a good number of beautiful ladies vintage-watches going astray. I am sure not long from now, there will be lots of interest in classic ladies watches. Some forty years ago, the status of gents second-hand and NOS watches experienced the same fate as the vintage ladies watches of today - nobody wanted to have a second look at them and it was a social stigma to buy or worse still wear them, then. Today, the interest in good gents vintage-watches is growing stronger, from day to day. The same will happen to vintage ladies watches, not too long from now. Thank-you.
Respectable Member Mary255 If you can manage to 'rob' a small bank, this watch is worth a think. It is just so fabulous and they do not make watches this way, any longer. It is a classic and will never age. http://www.ebay.com/itm/33078606531...AX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_3740wt_999Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Only the inscription is a little disturbing, though. Thank-you.

The inscription is disturbing. LOL! Thanks all for your comments on my new old watch! I will be proudly wearing it as I do the other old ones.
Great! Congrats. Now post some pics and remember to join in on the WRUW (what are you wearing) thread in the Open Discussion Forum: http://omegaforums.net/threads/wruw-today.567/page-52
