    hi guys
I’ve just purchased this little Tudor Oyster Royal as a present for my wife’s birthday.
I trust the seller completely and it cames with box and papers. Everything’s original from the 50’s, the reference is 7903, I think the price is right at 800€ I’ve done my researches but again, I’m definitely not an expert. I’m really happy about it but your opinion is very important for me.

Well you have bought it now... I am sure others will chime in with a more constructive assessment. I am no expert either but it looks a most pleasing watch. I hope it checks out OK and that it gives pleasure.

If you’re happy about it, our opinions shouldn’t matter. In any case, mine is that it’s a very attractive watch. I know virtually nothing about Tudor (so for all I know it is a Franken/fake) but I really like the look of it. Congrats!

Thank you guys I know that it’s seems too late to ask an opinion but it’s actually not.
I just wanted to share the photos to know your opinion about it. I don’t have any photos of the movement right now, it would be much easier for you. Thanks for the answer btw

All looks good to me and a really nice watch. Great lume colour.
Here’s my 7803 with honeycombe dial, all original from very late 40’s.
Note the Tudor rose logo in a shield which was changed to the larger rose and no shield as on your watch in the early 50’s. I really like the 32mm oyster cases.
I hope your wife enjoys it!

    Fantastic looking Tudor!

Wish my wife liked Mechanical watches and not the Apple watch. Maybe one day...

well, my wife didn't care about watches until I did.
It all started with a really good looking vintage Marvin that I gave to her months ago, now she usually wear my watches because I like them vintage and under 38 mm. I guess she like to have something that cool on her wrist, for everything else there's the iphone. :)

With box and papers you have a classic. Price is about right eg £700 -800 via dealer . Hope she enjoys and appreciates it
