My first squale

Hello, here's my first squale, vintage 2001 with 2452 movement. I relume dial an hands but I realized minute hand hole is broken and it can't be mounted anymore so I sent and email to squale to see if they have a set. I even repainted the orange minute hand as paint was falling apart.

I would like to restore the bezel insert also but I haven't find out how to remove the bezel holder or however it is called. I tried with a big wrench but I couldn't, it's been there for 50 years; Bezel works properly but I guess the holder must be pretty stuck. Now I am not even sure it is screwed down, maybe it is pressed, if someone know?
