Try to decide between these two. I understand they are different ref., but I somehow came down to these. The one on the left 3572.50 (cal.863) is $5.5k on the right 145.052 just serviced from Omega (they retained the original crown and pushers) is $9.4k. If you were me, which one would you pick?

Serviced by Omega and returned with no lume in the running minute hand and corrosion on the chrono minute hand? Does not compute. Lume on the hands of the other doesn't look great either.

I take it the on the right is a 145.022-68? It seems to me a much more attractive watch. You have a rare transitional reference with applied logo dial, a very nice DON 90 bezel, and if it was serviced by Omega, all these extras easily make up for the $3900 price difference.

Of course a more extensive scrutiny would be needed before forking out that kind of money, but from the info provided that is my opinion.

I prefer the 145 but at that price point I don’t know anymore. Didn’t realize that was the going rate these days 😕

They did not...

When I read the OP, the crown and pushers comment seemed strange to me too. Clearly the original crown and pushers are not on the watch, so what did he mean by "retained". Omega held onto the original crown and pushers? Returned them to the owner so that they are included in the sale?

The one on the right. Always like spending someone else’s money 👍

Sorry, English is my second language. What I meant was they have them just not on the watch. Does that make sense? Exactly like what Dan S said.

The 145.012, of course, but it seems unlikely that Omega would have serviced this watch without replacing the hands even if they were asked not to do so.
