Just joined but I'm a member of WUS. Here's my borrowed 1861 hesalite to see if I wanted the current 3861 to be added to my collection.
After a couple of weeks, I think I'm going to buy one!

Some mantras to help in your recovery:
No, that Speedmaster does not make your wrist look fat.
No, a watch is not an investment, it is a watch- and you wear it to tell time, and it’s to be enjoyed.
Rolex is not the best watch ever made, just the most shameless promoter (this affliction is still endemic here too- it’s gonna take generations to cure that one)
An homage is not the same as the real thing. But not all homages are fakes.
Speedmasters are not “meant” to go in the pool, they can- but that’s what Seiko’s are for….oh, that’s a stupid debate from this place
