Hi everyone my name is Martyn I'm a newbie here and I have a couple of questions for knowledgeable members on here if you don't mind.
I have been a vintage watch collector for many years and I bought mainly low grade watches because of my budget (I'm a long distance lorry driver bad pay) but finally I have bought my first Omega after seeing this on flea bay I just couldn't resist it it's a Omega C case constellation 25628291 which dates it to 1967 and on the case back CD 168.017.
My questions are does anyone know the part no I need for a new acrylic crystal replacement and my other question is as regards the metal strap part no 1040 No 12 it's a little too small for my wrist and would anyone out there have spare links I could purchase.
I paid £450 GBP for the watch it's keeping excellent time and was serviced at point of sale but seller didn't have replacement lens and I agreed to get that. It came on a Omega leather strap with a GP Omega buckle.
Any criticism or comments would be welcomed and I look forward to hearing from you all thank you

Beautiful watch, and a chronometer at that! I also recently got my first Omega (a seamaster from the same period) and love it!
Enjoy wearing it! The crystal doesn't look too bad from the photos, still wearable while you source a new one.

Crystal is 063PX5022. Bracelet doesn't appear to have links available unfortuantely.

    Cheers, Al

Geezzz...what an entrance man! That's a beautiful piece, that dial especially. Dont replace the crystal, I've seen worse and that just adds character

Very nice! Patience is the key for bracelet links, one or 2 will pop up eventually

Nice choice for your (dare I say first) Omega. These C Case Connies are a great value still. Mine says hello. A51AE09E-04BF-44EA-9288-F2925CAC873F.jpeg
