Hello, new here. This is my first Omega watch, and by far my favorite. I don't have a large collection. This one though, this is the one I will use daily and I am so happy with it. Glad I found this site.

I will probably get a strap for it one day, but for now I am going to wear it.

Hi,

Very nice mate. Glad you’re pleased with it. I also bought a Seamaster Planet Ocean yesterday and am chuffed to bits with it!
Hopefully they’ll bring pleasure for many years to come.

Michael

Looks great and it should pair really well with a range of straps if/when you decide to replace the original.

Thank you all for the kind words. I am enjoying reading through the forum and learning about the various models and seeing the pics. I know for sure one day I’ll have a speedmaster.

I could have gotten the Olympic edition, or the blue, but this one is perfect for my taste. I think it is conservative, with just enough orange to make it interesting.

Thanks. Yes it does so much better than the old red boxes that wear out! Was going to buy a black bay Tudor but think made the right choice

I ordered the new one with the orange borders today. I think I may get an all black too, perhaps too much orange..the older orange stitching one is nice as well.

Any recommendations for very high quality rubber straps non oem?

Hello, new here. This is my first Omega watch, and by far my favorite. I don't have a large collection or anything..just a B&R Vintage, an IWC Top Gun and a Tudor Tiger Chrono. This one though, this is the one I will use daily and I am so happy with it. Glad I found this site.

I will probably get a strap for it one day, but for now I am going to wear it.

Not sure about rubber straps, but Hirsch has a newer sport leather thats water proof and has a rubber lining.
