Sure, it may look weird for this user to have so many posts when he only joined 1.5 months ago, but maybe they're also just a really eager new contributor.
Besides, the sales forum specifically says the following below about new accounts racing to 200 in order to sell. So I say let the mods handle it on their terms.
"Minimum post count of 200 posts is now required to post in ANY of the sales forums. These are expected to be normal contributing posts, attempts at "post farming" will get the offender banned"
