The dial on these is very special just like the moon!! It's made from real meteorite and everyone of the 1975 made is unique in its pattern on the dial itself!
Most yes.... Some can still be found new at dealers. It's name is the Apollo Soyuz 35th anniversary from 2010.
Welcome to the Club!!! I still can't get enough of this Dial... I've littered my IG account with it lately... This is far and away the best bargain imaginable in Modern Omega!!! Could you imagine if this were released today?? it would be well into 5-figure land... the dial alone makes up most of the original MSRP, never mind the cache that OMEGA brand has gained sine 2010... I can already see you're showing this all the love it deserves...Well Done!!!
Big Congratulations @oddboy on this fantastic acquisition. I know exactly how you feel right now, and that feeling won't go away for a long long time, if ever. I really think this is the best Speedmaster Professional LE to own when you factor in all considerations; its beautiful (front and back), every one is unique, its the best bang for buck LE out there, the presentation box is awesome, 1975 means its much more "limited" than many others, and I love them all believe me, but this piece stands above. (ok, maybe I don't love one or two of them, cough cough )
