Hi guys , it's been years since I was on here! Many things happened and the most hurtful was loosing my dad of age 54. Well my mom gave me his watches and one I always wanted and remembered him wearing.

I have been wearing it for about 2 weeks and noticed it's slow, average 1 minute every 3 to 4 days.

I found a shop in Utah and had great reviews. I sent it of and wanted to share before and after shots. There is a chip at the 20 minute mark which made me send of to get fixed as well.

 

Sorry to hear about your dad. 54 is too soon to leave this vale of tears. I do like your watches though! Good of you to take care of them like you are! It’s a nice tribute to your father. And not inexpensive.

Yes my pops never had it serviced, I am getting a full service done and new bezel and crystal.

They are very close. I believe the biggest difference is case material. Your model is stainless. Mine, 2298.80, is titanium.

 

Looks fantastic! I love mine, I just got it serviced and I expect it to last me the rest of my life. Unlike the previous owner I will look after it.

This thread is 3 years old and the OP has not been seen since 2017. Probably due a visit though. And yes, it's a nice watch.
