    eBay. He would need 200 posts before he could offer it here. Sales by proxy are not permitted, and you don’t have 200 posts either. Pretty sure this watch is quartz, and there would be little or no demand for it.

    I agree with @Canuck. This model is not particularly sought after as a collectible for various reasons.
    Put it on eBay with a no reserve or a low reserve and the market will decide the final price.

    Take it to a jeweler and have the back opened, take clear photos of the movement and inside the case back.

    List the watch for $1.00 on eBay.

    If your cousin decides to sell it on Ebay, he shouldn't put any reserve price and start at 99 cents.
