my 2531 needs service

Well I knew it needed service, well tonight it stopped. I needed to hand wind it every so often to keep it on time.

Well tonight it stopped and I went to hand wind it, and it would not advance the time. Then the second hand fell off.

Need a reasonable service place, would be nice to bring it in but willing to mail it. I live in zip 21158, work in 20879.
