    Hello everyone!
I've been a long time lurker.
Just wanted to say hello and to appreciate my 2254.50!

I thought about letting it go to be able to purchase a 16610, but I just decided to save up for it instead of letting go of a classic.

I do have a 3572.50 Speedy as well. Both discontinued pieces, but should be kept as classics.

Best looking modern Seamaster IMO. Already a classic in my books.

Fantastic choice. Still my favorite SMP, especially with the Speedy-style bracelet.
And I too have a 3572.50, so I guess mediocre minds think alike.......

couldn't have said it better !!!!!

if they just had used more of those sword hands and the nicer (less bling-bling) bracelent on all SMPs

My 2254.50 is sadly on the bottom of the ocean somewhere off Oahu. It was my first real watch purchase and I absolutely loved. The good news is my insurance is coughing up more than I paid brand new for it :)

I still regret letting mine go... Tried to replace it ever since but couldn't find a good looking example at a resonable price. On the bright side, it did provide funds for my current PO!

Here's mine in a wrist pic from 2013
