    good afternoon,

I recently purchase an omega without a screw in crown. My question is when the crown is pushed in fully is it normal to be able to move it slightly forward and back? I can feel resistance and it seems to stop after moving it forward a bit but I seem to be able to move it again every half hour or so.

Fully in should be the winding position in most watches. Which model?

8500. my speedmaster which is also a push in crown can also be moved so I'm thinking either I'm doing something wrong or the crown can still be turned a bit when fully in

Nvm I believe your are correct. I was just thinking there the crown would need to be out to wind.
