·I was reading this article from Robert-Jan Broer which states that the movement finishing on the Moonshine gold Speedmasters are identical to the regular steel versions.
https://www.fratellowatches.com/a-c...aster-professional-watches-in-moonshine-gold/
Yet on the Omega website it claims that the movements for the gold versions have a "special luxury finish".
This claim is not made on the description for the regular models. Also it might just be my eyes, but the caseback picture used for the moonshine gold version looks to have more pronounced perlage on the mainplate compared to the steel model.
Can anyone confirm or deny if the movements used are exactly the same, or if the gold versions have superior finishing? Thanks for your time.
