Movado: Solid 18k White Gold - Anybody know anything about this piece before I melt it for a jewelry

I have this as part of my late granny's estate. I also have a jewelry project that would require 18k white gold as raw material. I am planning to melt this piece down to use the metal for the jewelry project. But before I do that, I have to see if this is a significant timepiece. Any piece of info is highly appreciated.
