··Melbourne AustraliaIf they are the hands that need to be replaced, you should go a size smaller, so the one measuring 132/133 you use a 130 that you can broach out to fit the hour wheel.
Same rationale with the other hand, go one size smaller.

If not, you need to use a set of test hands to see what fits the hour wheel / canon pinion and then measure them to find an approximate size.
