MOST comfy and MOST adjustable strap you've ever found?

Hi, folks-- I picked up a boat anchor of a watch that I like the look of but it is so heavy that it isn't really comfortable to wear unless it is fastened snugly to my wrist (otherwise the excessive weight shifting is annoying). However, I used a spare tropic-style strap to wear it around when I first got it and I had to cinch it so tight to keep the watch from moving, it left fossilized print on my wrist that took a full day to disappear (!).

So, anyone have any suggestions for a (22mm) watch strap that is minutely adjustable, so that it can be made very snug, and yet remains comfortable? Is there such a thing?

For reference, the watch and my poor, abused wrist after an afternoon wearing it:

Dear God... Your hand must be numb 😀

I'm afraid I can't help on with your question, as I have a tiny wrist and no watch with that lug width.... That said, what is that book you're reading for the moment? The one on the background?

I tend to just buy straps that are customized to my wrist size as I have baby wrists and hate all that overhang...

That said, I am also usually buying way smaller watches than that.

My only comparable is a Patek 3445 with an integrated gold bracelet, that is simply heavy AF. It tries to move a lot on me - so I feel you on that front!

Watch obsession do a range of perlon in single and double weave, and in 22mm.

You can't get much more adjustable, and hopefully they're man enough to support that absolute unit of a timepiece.

Don’t have a MN strap/Erika’s originals, but Nick Mankey (NickMankeydesigns.com) is roughly the same thing at a cheaper price point—elastic nylon that can be adjusted to a desired tightness/looseness with ease.

I'd 2nd Nick Mankey's straps. Supremely comfortable. Hardly notice when they're on 👍

Funny thing is, it isn’t THAT big. But it is milled from a block of 316 stainless and the case design makes it look beefy. In actual size, it’s very close to my zenith a277, for instance, which wears so much svelter:

Thanks— I have ordered a few options, including a two-piece NATO. Will check out Pani straps too.
