could just be how it sits when relaxed. I've had bracelets look odd while holding up like your photos but fine when on the wrist.
you may also have a bent link, if its the same when laid flat then id take it back to the AD for replacement bracelet, as these first few links are not removeable.

·It also looks like this while laid flat. While on the wrist sometimes it looks fine, sometimes like this… I will visit AD.

·Looks like a flaw to me. Recently I tried one on with this bracelet i at the OB and seemed flawless, but truth be told, i did not look at it at the exact same nagle.

·From your pics, it looks like the pin going through from one end to the other is either bent or else, inserted badly during production.
