I still don’t get the negativity. I don’t have one, nor do I have an urge to get one, but I see loads of them on peoples wrists.
So what if they bring out loads of editions that are only available for a few days/weeks/months. Works for Happy Meal toys.
My personal view is the moonswatch is a 'fun' collab and obviously has mass market appeal and shouldnt be taken too seriously however, I think the grey one (which is meant to look like steel) and black just look like fake speedmasters, I think it devalues the Nasa snoopy award to just lazily slap a snoopy on the dial (sadly it does work as they sell out by the sounds of it), also the constant LEs have just made it grating - Swatch group need to put more effort into other brands in their group

You have to appreciate the effort and hype that Swatch is making for these Moonswatch's with Speedmaster emblazoned on them. You can't take any of these watches seriously when the parent company puts the name on plastic watches like this. Has Rolex done this? Has AP done this? Has Patek done this? It's also laughable when the cheerleaders attempt to compare Omega to the likes of Rolex and AP when Swatch continues to pump out these plastic watches.

Great isn’t it. Rolex would never dream of doing something so inclusive as putting the submariner name on a £200 watch.

Why the one-day only release? Are they trying to alienate their base?

Where I live there are no Swatch boutiques. While I have 6 Moonswatches, Swatch has lost me as a customer.

Agreed on your point however, AP did literally make spiderman and black panter watches which looked like something you would get with a magazine

And it's easier to get a real Speedmaster than a real Swatch on the gray market.
