MOONSWATCH IN NYC?

Hi Guys,

I'm going to be in NYC over the next few days and I'd love to Xmas shop a moons watch. I never got into the original hype and I was wondering if it is worth hitting any of the NYC omega shops and, if so, which ones.

Any insight into the availability on these things? Is it still a mess?

In a Things with Springs episode last month, a member mentioned picking up a moonswatch in at the Times Square store and a Blancpain Swatch at the 5th Avenue store.

If you want a grey or black one you might strike out but they usually have the colored ones.

How about the 'white' dial ones? I hear white dial Speedmaster interest is 'off the hook'.

How about the 'white' dial ones? I hear white dial Speedmaster interest is 'off the hook'.

It can be yours if you can handle a bright red case.

A friend was at the Times Square Swatch store on Monday and was told that they had all models in stock at that time. So I think your chances are good.

UPDATE:That didn't go well. After telling me that I could buy three, they then said still have the one watch per person rule - so I couldn't really do very much with this. I bought one for a gift, but I'm a bit out of luck. Sigh.
