One could be persuaded that the "smart" way to sell the Moonswatch would be online with a "notify" when the one you want is available, they would be able to gauge demand for which version is selling the best, but you'd be missing the point. The real reason is to get you into a Boutique to see and hopefully buy a " real" Omega.
Personally, I'm not driving hours at $4 a gallon to wait in line to buy what is, in reality, a cheap, non-repairabe imitation. Seriously, it's savvy marketing, but not for me. I'm very happy with my Sapphire Sandwich. I've worn a watch since I was 5, always a mechanical, and have always regarded them as a "timepiece" not a fashion accessory, at 75 I'm hopelessly out of date, but have now owned 3 Speedmasters, enjoy wearing one every day.

I wonder how popular the “Mission to Uranus” version is……. Some would argue that it’s the most fun! ::stirthepot::😁

I sat down and tried on a Moonswatch for the first time last week and I must say that I was pretty impressed….

…. with the couch I was sitting in.

The hype a cheap plastic watch can generate pretty well illustrates what is wrong with the world right now

I love how that planet got it's name.

There was some disagreement if the discovery was French or British. The British discovers wanted to name it "The Georgian planet" after King George III (Who was amateur astronomer. Part of why he was mad King George.) The French named it after him anyway.

Just think we could have had the 'Georgian planet' watch. Still naming a planet after the Latin word for 'farmer' or earth seems just as mad.

Run, fight, travel, fly, stay up all night!
Or maybe not worth it.
The latter for me, already got the real thing;

Quick everybody! It's a full moon. Book a flight to Milan or London, you can still make it before tonight. Get in line and fight for your spot. If not tonight, you have to wait a whole month until the next full moon. The availability is so low, these watches will make a huge profit on the secondary market. April 6th will be the last time to get one! In all swatch stores. By then everybody will know these haute horology watches will do at least 10x, up to 20x on chrono and ebay! Flippers get ready, the hype train is leaving the station. 18K Moonshine gold seconds hand in a plastic watch, it's a must HAVE!

Gold diggers hoping there's a way to recover the "Gold" before recycling, but most owners will probably just collect it in a box when it's "dead" 😁

My money is on a Snoopy. Why not, all bets are off with the latest moonshine release.
