·Anyone know if it’s possible to take the 1861 movement from a 1861 speedy case and swap in the 3861 movement? I know it’s pretty crazy just wondering if it would work?

I’m not sure why you would on an 1861…. You would be better off putting a 145.022 dial into a 3861.

·You would need at least new subdial hands - the 1861 has different sizes. And I’m not even going to address the question of where you would even get a new 3861 movement without buying a new watch. And if your are going to have to do that, what’s the point?
