Monodatic info

Really just curious as to any real info i can find about this monodatic, i havent been able to find another dial like this one. Serial dates to 1951, and has the 138C movement.
There is a crack in the crystal, would like to eventually address that, and the crown does not appear to be correct.

Thank you! nice to see another one out in the wild, wasnt sure if this was some franken redial or something. Picked it up at a goodwill about 10yrs ago.
