For the future- I did finally drop by my OB today and found out that they could -not- order the blue/yellow stitching strap in a custom size.

What about the titanium one. If you shell out for that they might find a way to help you

Alright, I was able to successfully order this strap in a small size! It took 4-5 months of back/forth with the Swatch Group Spare Parts calling center. At first, I was told that there was "no part setup in their ordering system". I was told that two or three times over the course of 4-6 weeks. They kept asking me to call back a week or two later so their request to the "parts team" would have time to be processed. They finally got the part "setup" but there was no pricing information, so another couple of weeks go by. I finally called in and was able to place the order ($270, for anyone curious). The Part # is Z020761 for the small size (compared to Z020758 for the "regular"). Of course, when I placed the order- the part was on back order. It arrived today! Thought I would share the process and part numbers in case anyone else was interested in doing the same for a future strap. Unless they were able to verify me on their end, I don't think they ever verified that I owned the watch (I do). The order was quite custom, and does not show up on my online profile- even the order confirmation was a manual email from the individual I talked to in the spare parts group. Overall, very friendly folks- just took longer than I would've liked.

Ah well, now this watch fits my 6.5" wrist! Here are some photos of the difference in fit. This might be applicable for other Aqua Terra 41mm watches, too. I had the same issue with the Speedmaster Professional rubber strap. My issue was that I was on the "last hole" to accomplish my desired fit (no sliding on my wrist). That setting had the excess rubber going all the way across the underside of my wrist. A problem no more! Best of luck to all my fellow small-wristed, rubber-strap-Aqua-Terra lovers out there....

Thanks for sharing this. Any pics of the watch itself?
Cheers,

Haha, sure! Very difficult to capture the true color of the watch on camera. Here is one from the strap-change and an older photo trying to capture it in the sunlight (sorry, it’s a steering wheel pic….)
