Hey OF. As some would know, I over bought some watches and I decided I need to sell one of them. I picked this up from Justin Varkas of Watchsteez last week. It's 37mm, 18mm lugs and comes on a generic jubilee bracelet that actually fits really well. Original crown, caseback with diver and crystal looks original (inverted cyclops very cool). Date wheel is red. The movement is apparently a Felsa movement (might be a bidnator, the movement whizzes when I move my wrist) Case looks unpolished to me. What really got me to this watch is the incredible patina. Lume glows under uv but quickly dies off at about 6-7 seconds. Overall a very good piece. It runs +-10 secs with 240 Amp after wearing it for a day. I'm asking 1250 usd, pp fees and shipping with tracking all in.
Bump. Taken off Watchsteez, https://shop.watchsteez.com/products/mondaine-20-atm-diver-automatic-date-gloss-black-dial Movement: Felsa cal. 4007N self-winding automatic movement (17 jewels) with date display at 6 o'clock; 18,000 BPH; Swiss Made Features: Stunning original glossy black dial with red date display at 6 o'clock and fantastic yellow patina to the Tritium hour markers; original Tritium handset; original rotating bezel displays elapsed time (i.e. during dives); 20 ATM stainless steel diver case with cool caseback design; original domed acrylic crystal with internal date magnifier Condition: Fantastic original condition overall with minor honest wear consistent with age and use; solid stainless steel case appears to be unpolished with sharp edges/bevels and the original finishes in tact; crisp screw-down caseback remains clearly legible with unique Mondaine diver logo; incredible glossy black dial with very attractive yellow patina to the Tritium luminous elements; nice original Tritium handset with all luminous material in tact; original rotating dive bezel retains its original lume triangle and exhibits some wear around the outer edges; clean original domed acrylic crystal with internal date magnifier Other: This rare 1960s Mondaine Diver has a lot going for it and it all starts with the ultra-glossy black dial - Check out the yellow lume! We love the subtle pop of red color on the date disc, which is magnified by the original domed acrylic crystal. The solid stainless steel case with rotating diver bezel is a great size at 37mm and the "Jubilee" style bracelet completes a killer look that can be worn with just about anything. Install the black watchsteez NATO strap for a more casual, tool-watch vibe...
Bump. This is honestly a super nice vintage piece, and 1k USD is what i paid for it (can show my receipt paypal to Justin) Looknig to move this as I've gotten a bunch of incoming and this really has to go. Original crystal with cyclops INSIDE of the crystal and not out, roulette date wheel. Alot of watch for the money.
