I would only be able to tell you what I would do! Whatever it was that caused that should be dealt with so it doesn’t happen again. Also, I would have the blemish removed if it were my problem. Do you really need suggestions as to what you should do?

    Is dial or crystal?

It’s almost like a mfg defect. Bad application of the ar coating?

    Warranty time imho.

My railmaster chronograph has some issues with the coating applied on the crystal. It’s not a good news, but better the crystal coating than moisture inside.

What did you eventually do about it?

Did this happen recently? Or did the watch come to you like that? Looks very similar to something I had multiple times. In the end it was just a water mark that took a bit of extra effort to rub off. I’d just run the watch under a sink and rub the crystal with a towel. Hope it’s this simple. Good luck

You can replace the crystal - or sell the watch. I lived with it for 4 months and ended up finally buying a Speedmaster

I keep my watch incredibly clean, maybe too clean!

I am certain its underneath the crystal unfortunately. I bought the watch second hand and its so slight and only visible in certain light, its not something you could've easily picked up whilst in the shop.
