The company was considered a higher mid-range brand. The company was purchased by Tissot sometime after 1977. · Dial: excellent condition black gilt gloss dial with gold applied Arabic numerals, gilt script, gold leaf hands · Case: good condition stainless steel case with surface wear is approx. 37mm without crown (shown next to 40mm Sub for comparrison), 20mm high quality Bas & Lokes leather strap, stamped 74364 on outer case back, crown is likely a replacement, acrylic crystal has wear · Movement: Valjoux 22, signed Moeris (pic from prior owner) · Functions: watch works as it should, top pusher starts and stops the large seconds hand, the bottom pusher snaps the large seconds hand back to the 12 position, winds fine, I recently timed it over a 5 hour period and it keeps good time. · Price: $650 shipped within the US.
