Nineties, but we need the case number to be more precise of the year of manufacture.

I can't be absolutely sure, but I suspect this is the "mid-size" 2562.20 at 36.25mm diameter rather than the "full-size" 2542.20.

 

That’s not 41mm, 36mm late 90s, 1997 was first SL Lume dial SMP and those white dial ones were an early variant so either 97/98 or maybe from earlier but with a later service dial.
