Mission to Mercury - Time stopped working but timers work

Morning, before I take this into a shop I just wondered if I was missing anything obvious?

I bought the Mission to Mercury watch from a Swatch shop on Saturday and its worked fine until yesterday evening when the watch stopped ticking and the hour & minute hands stopped moving, and wont get going again. The stopwatch timing functions all work normally on the miniature dials and the big second hand still works which makes me think it isn't the battery? The time adjustment knob is also pushed all the way in.

The movement is non-repairable.
Take it back to Swatch for a warranty exchange.

Thanks for replying, does it sound like the movement for the hour/minute hands has stopped working?

It's defective, take it back and get it replaced.
