Misaligned Submariner (124060) bezel

I was super excited yesterday getting ready to buy my first Rolex from a local watch shop. It was a mint condition no date Submariner 124060 that I probably could have had for $10,500 out the door. Upon close inspection I noticed the ceramic bezel wasn't aligning perfectly at 12 o'clock. My buddy who owns more than three dozen Rolex's advised me to walk away even if offered at a bargain price. Would Rolex fix the bezel under warranty? The watch is a 2022 model with box and papers.

I presume this is something that Rolex would fix, though only if no one had touched it, and I would imagine it didn't get out the door that way. It could very well be a red-flag that someone had messed with it, so perhaps walking away was protecting you from a fake/etc.

All this said... you DO know the sub bezel turns intentionally, right? Are you sure it wasn't just 'clicked' a few to the side?

You can get one at an AD for $9100.

Been on a list at half dozen local Rolex AD's for nearly two years and not a peep.

That must be frustrating. I was able to get a 124060 after 7 months, just lucky i guess.
