Got this watch from my dad. Judging on the markings on back plate it looks like it has been opened a few times - probably for some cleaning. The black stripe on the minute hand looks like it has been painted on by hand. However, looking very closely one can see the slot in the minute hand where the black stripe should be. Also, the gold on the minute hand looks less shiny than the gold on the hour hand so my only conclusion is that the minute hand has been put back on up-side down.

Can anyone confirm that this is what the back of minute hand looks like if there is a thin slotted black stripe on the front?

    thanks in advance
