Minute hand not synchronized

Hi, My strap came loose and dropped my Polerouter.
Since then I had issues with the minutes hand.
Any sudden movement ( a shake of the wrist for instance) can send the minute hand either forward or backwards by up to 20 minutes.
When the crown is pulled to adjust the time, depending on the position of the watch ( face down), sometimes the minute hand moves but the hour hand does not follow. Also with the crown pulled, the minute hand moves in sync with the seconds hand, not very common but happened at least 3 times .
Took to a local jeweler (omega, IWC etc dealer) and they want to do a full rebuild which costs a fortune and will take between 2 and 3 months.
The crystal popped out, when it fell, but I was able to press it back in, at that point I did not notice any issues with the watch.
Any ideas as to what might be happening here? And what kind of repair is needed?

Thank you.

Watch in need of specialist repair, it will cost. Sounds like your local jeweller would be the way forward.
You might want to go to an AD.

You need to take it to a watchmaker.

The hands may have become loose on their posts or other internals are damaged.

Thank you.

where are you located? You might get recommendations based on location.

if you are very lucky maybe just the hands are loose on the posts, but no one on the internet can properly diagnose. I would probably not work with the local place you mentioned. I would fine an independent watch maker familiar with these movements. As an aside, what was the estimate from your local place?

I am located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The local jeweler asked for the watch and 2 weeks to provide an estimate. I believe between 400-600 US$. Thank you

What happens when you use the winding crown to set the hands, does the crown move smoothly but the hands don't move, delay or flap around?
When you move the crown does it bind, skip around or feel rough in its' turning?
