This is for trade. I seek a manual-wind Heuer Carrera but might consider an Omega 376.0822, a small-cased Minerva 13-20, maybe a manual-winding Zenith chronograph, or perhaps a UG Compax. I have a mint condition Breitling 765 AVI. I usually under-rate my pieces, but this example is truly mint. It is not NOS: It was serviced in the last three years and I have worn it a few times. I think I can safely say it is one of the best examples of the AVI you will find. The case has not been touched and the dials, hands, bezel, movement, and crown are all original. Why trade? Although the 765 AVI is not large, it is just large enough for my 165mm wrist to be slightly larger than I want. The diameter is approximately 40.5mm including the bezel (43.5mm including the crown), 47.5mm lug to lug, and 15mm thick. I discovered that I really like smaller watches and have been shifting my collection toward 38mm diameter and smaller pieces. I primarily seek a manual-wind Carrera, preferably a 2447 or Dato 45 with the single register at 3 o'clock. Black dials are preferred to silver dials unless the silver dialled watch has the later hands with a black line through the middle. Non-tachy designs preferred. Trades up, down, and equal considered. Please do not be offended if I decline an offer: 765 AVIs in this condition do not come along often. I am not dying to let it go.
Could you consider selling? How much. Haven't got any Heuer but now a guy that has two for sale? But that is a little on the edge? What is the value approx?
