Hi guys, I've decided to part with this 1940's chrono. As you can see, it's in a fairly good condition for its age. Dial has some nice evenly patina and the hands have some oxidation marks on them. On the case there a some minor dings and scuffs, the pushers have some oxidation marks. The watch just received a full service and it's running great. Service documents will be provided. This is the large sized Minerva at 38mm wide (without the crown) x 47mm lug to lug with 19mm lug width. The case is chrome plated with solid stainless steel case back, it's original and signed by Minerva. The movement is the rare Minerva column Wheel caliber 13- 20 CH which can now be found in modern Montblanc watches. The watch is sold head only, no box or papers. If you would want higher resolution pics, just drop me a pm. Asking 1,775$ net to me (or the equivalent in Euros). First one that comes with the asking price gets it. Reasonable offers will be considered. I have a couple positive reviews here as a seller, and I have been buying/ selling/ trading watches for several years now to fellow watch enthusiasts from all across the globe ( US, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, Croatia, Austria, UK, Turkey, Cyprus, Norway etc just to name a few) and everything went really well (including customs ). More than glad to provide extra references upon request. https://omegaforums.net/threads/great-doing-business-with-gunsmoke375.31181/#post-354444 https://omegaforums.net/threads/kyle-l-is-a-top-notch-guy.29102/ https://omegaforums.net/threads/george-a-a-great-introduction-to-omegaforums.24498/ https://omegaforums.net/threads/george-a-excellent-seller.19394/ https://omegaforums.net/threads/george-a-great-seller.25812/ Thanks for looking, George
The watch is currently undergoing a service at my watchmaker, so that the new buyer can enjoy it without thinking about additional costs.
