It is from a reputable London shop, but they might not be experts either... Thanks!

    Hi, the first four numbers are 1027, the dealer wouldn't give the last numbers.

    Without seeing the movement it is difficult to make the call, but I would say the watch does look like a genuine WWW Omega. There are however issues with the watch. First, the fixed bars were removed and were replaced by spring bars. This significantly reduced the value of the watch as a collectible piece. In addition, the sub seconds hand is a replacement. There could be additional issues, but one would need to ssee the inside.
