I picked this jlc up along with another one at an estate sale, the watch has me puzzle do to the White hands and gilt print (meister PIO) under jeager lecoultre.. Does anyone know if this could be military or surplus possibly? Has a cal 263A... The watch looks pretty original but does have a broken balance
