That doesn't look like an official AD or site endorsed by Omega to me.. you can get a 20% from any AD regardless if you're a veteran or not.

First post by OP so looks more like site promotion to me.

 

My Exchange is the official exchange (Post Exchange on-line) for the US Army & Air Force and is by the way, an Omega Authorized Dealer. Another detail is that their day-to-day regular prices are discounted, so the additional 20% mentioned by the OP could represent a 30-35% off from MSRP.

from what I recall, and in the past..these promotions traditionally come around Veterans and/or Father’s day...

 

Wish they had that in Canada. Our military store has much more basic watches.
