micro screws for holding bezel in place

    I have managed to lose 2 of the 3 micro screws that hold the bezel to the watch body.
    Does anyone know where I can find and buy them.
    Seamaster professional chronograph, ref number 2998.80.00

    The bezel is held to the case by a spring, not screws...
