There has been quite a lot of interest in the Planet Ocean micro-adjustable clasp. Many Omega fans are now modifying their existing Omegas by replacing the original clasp with the Planet Ocean clasp which is adjustable through 6 positions. The spacing of each of those 6 positions is far smaller than adding or removing a half-link from your Omega's bracelet. Once fitted, this new clasp offers a much greater degree of comfort through various weather conditions which tends to increase or decrease the circumference of your wrist a small amount.

Can anyone who has performed this modification through their Authorized Dealer please provide accurate part numbers for the following two watches:

    1. Omega Seamaster Professional 300m - Ref 212.30.41.20.03.001
    a. Planet Ocean micro adjustable clasp part number: 117STZ00154 ($120 from authorized dealer) - verified
    b. End links to fit the Seamaster bracelet to the Planet Ocean clasp - part number ??

    2. Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch - Ref. 311.30.42.30.01.005
    a. Planet Ocean micro adjustable clasp part number - part number ??
    b. End links to fit the Speedmaster bracelet to the Planet Ocean clasp - part number ??

Other watch forums have attempted to address this issue and unfortunately most responses simply fall short of detail and end up causing confusion on this subject. Consider your audience and provide the complete facts to the best of your ability when responding to this post, please! This is for everyone's benefit otherwise I'd write to individual members to have this conversation. Thank you, all!

For the Speedmaster, you will need the endlinks from the 42mm 8500 steel PO, and the 1154 clasp will be a direct fit.

The Seamaster does not need to change endlinks, as the 1154 is a direct match.

This will also work for the PO clasp from the third gen (the above listed part is for the Seamaster 300MC) if you'd like a dry suit extension in addition to the micro adjustment.
