·JB Champion and Kreisler made some very nice mesh bracelets with strait and fitted ends. They also tend to be on the smaller side of size, so they are cheaper than most- small wrist fortune may smile upon you.

·You could also buy a new Forstner Komfit. The endlinks are spring loaded and adjust to the lug width of your watch; 19mm is definitely in the range. They offer an original and a shorter version. It should fit your thinner watch actually better than the chronographs most people seem to use them for.
