Measure second hand.

How does Omega measure the length of the second hand. Need a new hand for a 166.110 . But can't find a number. The old one is 12,5 approx center-end . And i found one 12,7. But do they mean the complete length or center-end when they say 12,7 mm

Hands are measured from the center of the mounting hole or tube, out to the tip. This is industry standard practice.
