Recently purchased an Omega Speedmaster from Matt and I think he went above the call to provide an outstanding customer experience for me.

I won't go into details, but there was a hiccup along the way and looking back on it, it was sort of funny and I can understand how it occurred.

He did what was required to make sure I was a happy customer and I would compare his customer service to that of the multi-billion dollar company of Amazon. I've had wonderful experiences with Amazon and they just make things easy whether dealing with returns or late shipments. At the end of the day Matt just took care of the issue, solved it and moved one.
