·Those photos are good. The dial has been completely repainted. Those aren't the correct fonts, the finish is wrong, and the printing is poor quality and misaligned. If the seller specifically said that the dial was original, it would be grounds for a return.

·It's really hard to put a value on a watch like this, but I would say less than $200 US.
